AnueNue aNN-MBS18E Solid Cedar Top Steel String Electro Acoustic Bass

The aNueNue MBS18E Bird bass is a fantastic steel string acoustic bass ukulele with a good quality pickup. It has an offset sound hole, just part of a quirky design that we just love. This acoustic bass is very compact at 36 inches long, not too heavy at all, and feels a really manageable size when playing either seated or standing.

Being steel strung, it will cut through the mix on stage or in the studio really nicely. It has loads of acoustic volume as well, so for small acoustic gatherings it will hold its own unplugged.

Some of the photos look like the black gloss finish is just dusty, but this is the glossy sparkle in the finish, which is quite subtle until either you get up close to it, or you point a camera at it!

Please be aware that the black gloss finish will show up all the tiniest imperfections so when you get it there may be some unavoidable tiny marks on it.

aNueNue use their own bass space active pickup with volume, treble, bass controls all accessible through the soundhole. freq 50hz +/- 15db and 500hz +/- 9db. You can dial in tone across all and any type of music with great flexibility.
