The slimline Creme Brulee solid mango tenor ukulele is an absolute sound cannon, really bold and vivacious, belying its thinner body depth. All we can say is wow, wow, wow!

Here at SUS we love The Rebel ukuleles. They look, sound and feel so good for the price. Whilst warm sounding, you experience great clarity and definition in the sound, and a real brightness in the treble register when playing energetically up the neck. This is a characteristic which really sets good quality solid mango instruments apart from more traditional tonewoods like mahogany and acacia family.

The build quality is nothing short of world class. The facility in Thailand where these are made is a tightly run ship, and the head man over there knows exactly what he is doing. In fact all their team are fantastic at what they do.

Pictures show actual instrument you will receive. This one is reduced by 25% on account of some cold checking to the gloss finish (see pics). This sometimes happens to gloss when changes in temperature cause very fine cracks to appear in the gloss. Strangely can only be seen at certain angles in certain lighting conditions. We had to find the right angles to get these very fine cracks to show up, and the photos make them look many times worse than they actually are! Beyond a distance of a foot or so they are very hard to spot in natural light. This Rebel ukulele still sounds wonderful, and has lots of love to give.
