Baton Rouge have carved a real name for themselves as being a brand with a few different options available but still at very reasonable prices, chief amongst which is this lovely solid spruce top cutaway electro. Featuring the age old combo of solid spruce top, laminate mahogany back and sides, this also sports a very lovely maple binding around the body. The acoustic sound is bright and full of vigour, and suits strumming and picking styles well. Plugged in, the sound is clear and precise, and the active shadow EQ unit helps to shape the sound the way you want it nicely.
