Beltona Concert Resonator Ukulele 'The Blue Uke #1' - Deep Blue Finish
This baby is one of the famous Beltona 'Blue Uke #1' resonator ukuleles. This traditional shape concert resonator is made of a moulded glass-reinforced resin with a lightweight aluminium coverplate. They are lighter than traditional resonators but are famed for having all of the tone and body of a traditional brass instrument.
These resonator ukuleles weigh on average 35% less but are no half measure uke as they have a mahogany neck and rosewood fingerboard. They are made here in the UK by Steve Evans who has been one of the world's premier resonator builders worldwide for 2 decades.
We have stocked handfuls of Beltona ukuleles over the years but this batch is the first in several years as we patiently waited for Steve to work through his exhaustive waiting list. For custom commissions, you should make contact with Steve directly but if you want the very instrument photographed here without the long wait then please do add it to your cart or arrange to pay us a visit.
This one is finished in a hard wearing deep blue coloured automotive paint.
