Beltona Super Baritone Steel Strung Ukulele w/Cutaway - Pelham Blue

This absolute beast is one of the now infamous Beltona super baritone ukuleles. The body is a curvy, moody looking cutaway shape like other Beltona style 2's. The body is bigger than the standard baritone size in scale length, body size and cone diameter. The scale length is 20 1/2” and the cone is 8” diameter.

Despite the big, almost tenor guitar size, it is made of a moulded glass-reinforced resin with a lightweight aluminium cover plate which weighs next to nothing. They are lighter than traditional resonators but are famed for having all of the tone and body of a traditional brass instrument. They weigh on average 35% less but are no half measure uke as they have a mahogany neck and rosewood fingerboard.

Beltona super baritone ukuleles are made here in the UK by Steve Evans who has been one of the world's premier resonator builders worldwide for 2 decades.

Finally, this one is a steel strung instrument which adds a whole new dimension to the sound... It's a tone machine.
