The unplugged sound is loud enough to be used for private practice or with a small uke ensemble, but it is when it is plugged in that it comes alive. With the 3 band EQ, you can cut and boost frequencies to shape your sound any way that you want it, so whether you want to cut through a large group of players with a bit more treble, or accompany vocals with a more mellow and bassier sound, it is just a touch of your fingertips away.

In the hand it feels well balanced, and lighter than you expect owing to the chambered body. This really is quite the package for the professional player on the go who needs to plug in and play in any kind of situation, and know that your sound will be the absolute bees knees!

In early 2019, Godin underwent a large factory expansion which has made these instruments more readily available but does sadly mean the price of the instrument has increased about 30% in the past 12 months due to the increase in manufacturing costs. We wouldn't normally feel the need to bring attention to a price increase but one quite so sudden like this deserves a bit of an explanation. We have done everything we can to swallow the price increases on the Multi-Ukes but this world class instrument will likely force another unavoidable smaller price rise again in upcoming deliveries.
