USED Kanile'a Islander GL6-SA-EQ Solid Spruce Top Electro Guitalele in case

 

What we have here is a wonderful mid priced guitalele from the Kanile'a Islander range that has been well loved and is nicely played in. This Kanile'a guitalele is made with a solid spruce top with laminate acacia back and sides.

 

This Islander guitalele offers a very affordable way into Kanile'a build quality and know how. Features like a pinned bridge and the touch and release bracing pattern all make this instrument sound way above its price point.

 

Very minimal in appearance, with a satin finish, no binding or bling at all, the focus is really on fundamentally quality build which leads to a very good sound, much better than any other guitalele short of the big daddy Kanile'a!

 

Pictures show actual instrument. This one is fundamentally in good nick with some signs of playwear, obviously. The biggest thing to note is a 10mm long dink in the back of the neck (see pics) at the 3rd fret - it is right in the middle of the back of the neck, you may or may not feel it, depending on your playing style and technique. The pod case is in reasonable nick, perhaps feeling a little flimsier than when new, but better than nothing at all!
