Kanile'a Islander MOT-4 Laminate Mango Tenor Ukulele
Kanile'a have really joined the mango ukulele race with this great tenor ukulele. They are one of the most environmentally conscious companies and invest an awful lot of time and money in their Reforest Hawaii initiative. They plant a tree for every koa uke sold. Mango is a very good sustainable wood and is in good supply. It also has the added benefit of being easy to work, and easy on the eye.
This MOT-4 laminate Kanile'a ukulele is a very decent sounding laminate instrument with a fairly unique 38mm nut width and shallow neck profile. Can't say fairer than that!
