Lovely new Pineapple shape Tenor from Ohana here! Pineapples are on a lot of brands inventory now, with Kanile'a, Ohana and Pono offering them now. The Spruce top on this is an absolute sound cannon - really punchy and vibrant, with loads of character. It would take a Low G string very well indeed.

Pineapples always sound a little bassier than their waisted counterparts, owing to the larger area of top vibrating, and great internal body volume. However, this model retains a lot of crispness in the treble register, and sounds excellent and clear both strummed and picked, and at low and loud volumes.
