Pignose PGU-200MH Solidbody Concert Ukulele with built in Speaker

The Pignose PGU-200MH is a solid body concert ukulele with built-in amplifier and speaker, in the spirit of quirky Pignose Electric guitars from the past. The internal speaker makes this ukulele a little on the heavy side, although you are able to get resonator type sound, with a hint of distortion when you crank up the speaker.

Pignose recommend you adopt the same open-back structure as guitar amp, removing the back plate with the punching holes creates a less gritty and more natural and pleasant sound.

Equipped with an output jack, this can be connected to an external amplifier. You’re able to connect your headphones, meaning this ukulele is perfect for practicing at night or immersing yourself in your music.
