Pono MTD-SP Deluxe All Solid Spruce Top Tenor Ukulele Gloss

Take the excellent Pono MTD, add a high grade solid spruce top, and you have the Pono MTD-SP deluxe tenor ukulele. It's one for those players who want a little more punch and immediacy in the sound.

Spruce has a really balanced frequency response, so you have rich lows and scintillating trebles, and a nice clean attack to notes. The sustain is impressive, intonation as good as it gets, and the harmonics in the sound are extremely lively and very pretty. All styles sound lovely on this beauty - but picking is particularly satisfying for the crisp and clean ping in the sound.

You get all the normal deluxe Pono fittings such as the ebony on the fretboard and bridge, add up to make this a superb precision tool which can handle pretty much anything you throw at it!
