Flight were one of, if not the first brand that really started showing what a solid body electric bass ukulele can be. The Mini P bass totally blew us away when it first arrived, producing so much thunk, beef, and general bass prescence that the glass ceiling had well and truly been blown wide open. Then the arrival ofthe Mini JB put classic style into the mix, again showing that these brilliant little basses aren't just a gimmick, but are really becoming an essential part of any ukulele ensemble.

Continuing as aways to push forward and forge the frontier of the Ubass world we have seen the release of yet another fine addition the to Flight solid body bass roster, the Mini Bass Lite.

Drawing from the development of the Mini P and Mini SB the Mini Bass Lite promises to be the best value solidbody bass on the market, taking aspects of both its predecessors and refining them into a neatly packaged parcel of magic.

Currently available in two colourways from ourselves, the Mini Bass Lite features a high quality solid poplar body, nickel hardware, a smooth laurel fretboard layed on the sleekest of maple necks. Certainly not all bark and no bite it features two Alnico 5 P-Style pickups mounted staggered in the same configuration as the audibly pleasing Mini P Bass, giving that full and fat tone one can only hope for in a bass. Plenty of controll is lent to the volume and tone nobs giving endless versatility to the Mini Bass Lite, you just won't want to put it down.
