Take the excellent all solid acacia gloss Pono ATD, add a high grade solid spruce top, and you have the ATD-SP Pono deluxe tenor ukulele. The spruce top is so versatile, and it has just about the best frequency response of any wood. From crystal clear trebles to a warm bass, it can do it all. It has volume and sustain all the way up the neck, and very good intonation. Truly a professional level workhorse of an instrument.

All the normal deluxe Pono fittings such as the ebony on the fretboard and bridge, add up to make this a superb precision tool which can handle pretty much anything you throw at it!

This used tenor ukulele is in fair condition, I would say 8/10, and has opened up really nicely. Ponos from around the same timeframe usually take a little while to really find their voice and this one really has. There is the odd small ding here and there but nothing major, I have tried to show these as best I can in the photos. It comes shipped in a used Boston padded gigbag which is also in used shape and is a little rough around the edges (also shown in the photographs) but will still ferry your uke for plenty more miles.
