These soprano and concert ukulele strings were hand delivered by Christopher during his in store visit and workshop in mid February. A true craftsman of right hand techniques, he brought fresh perspectives and a fantastic performance to SUS and we are very much looking forward to having him back in store again.

Best described by the man himself, Christopher Davis-Shanon defines his custom string set as "Formulated with genuine stardust and fluorocarbon to make your instrument resonate to the moon".

At the point of writing this description we have seven sets of The Tin Man's Magic Ukulele Strings, so if you're after a set, grab them. Specially formulated from 100% fluorocarbon, these strings were developed by Christopher for soprano and concert ukulele with resonance and clarity in mind, offering tension for either C or D tuning, and each set long enough to string two soprano ukuleles.

If you are a soprano player and a purist then you need look no further. The Tin Man's are only available as a high G set by matter of principle, as a nod to the traditions of ukulele playing and authenticity to Christophers ethos of only providing a product that he uses himself.
