The Uma UK-20ST tenor ukulele looks quite familiar! It shares some factory DNA with the ever popular Snail SUT-M1 ukulele but offers some key differences that will no doubt appeal to budget conscious ukulele players. This one has a lovely black finish applied, which adds a real touch of class.

Firstly, this tenor ukulele has a solid mahogany body, which looks great underneath the high gloss black finish but also sounds lovely and warm like a traditional ukulele. The slotted headstock, more conventional tie on bridge and the technical wood fingerboard and bridge make for a noticeably different playing experience to the Snail too.

The fact that this instrument offers so much and comes with a fantastic gigbag that you would happily pay £20-30 for alone makes it a really attractive option for those looking for the best possible starter uke or a second uke that they won't quickly outgrow.
