USED Kala KA-ATP-CTG Tenor Ukulele Solid Cedar Top in gigbag

Lovely model from Kala. The solid aged cedar top makes for a beautiful, luscious rounded sound. Features also include a very nice Padauk binding to the body, which sets off the cedar and acacia beautifully. 

This is a true all rounder as far as sound goes - picking sounds full and luscious with plenty of sustain, and strumming sounds very convincing as well, with lots of headroom so you can vary the attack from a little tickle to a massive overhead haymaker without having to back off. At all times the instrument responds with great clarity.

This one is in average used condition - a 7/10 cosmetically. There are a few small dinks around the top, one large one to the binding, one on the headstock, and some on the back as well, so do not expect perfection! What looks to be a large scratch in the middle of the bottom bout, between the bridge and the binding, is actually a feature in the wood under the finish.

However, it does sound much richer and louder than a new one does, just because it has been played in and has opened up nicely.
