USED KoAloha Factory Special Soprano Long Neck Pineapple Ukulele w/Pod Case Apr 2015

Here is a used Factory Special Concert neck Pineapple Soprano Ukulele, the KSM-03 model. The KoAloha Factory Specials are b stock examples, which although play well have some kind of small defect. This one has a slightly off centre bridge, so the string spacing is slightly skewed to the right. However, the intonation is very good, and it sounds just as you would want a KoAloha to!

It is in fair/good condition with some marks across the body and the fingerboard looks a little bit worn from four and a half years of being played... It's condition really adds to the charm in my opinion as it sounds and feels warmed up and played in rather than tired and looking worn out as can sometimes be the case.

This model has a Koa body with slightly lighter koa on the sides to the front and back, a Koa fingerboard, koa fret dots and the traditional inlaid KoAloha headstock logo. It's also lovely to see the traditional KoAloha Koa bridge on a uke again which was sadly discontinued when the company shifted to Ebony and Abalone fittings a few years back. The neck is mahogany and the wider 37mm nut width really lends itself well to the girthy feeling of the instrument.

Comes in an older style SUS pod case.
