USED KoAloha Opio KSO-02 Long Neck Soprano Acacia Ukulele w/bag

£390.00 £390.00
A great 7/10 condition KoAloha Opio Long Neck Soprano. This one has been played a bit and has a small collection of marks and dings but nothing that would make a future owner recoil in horror. Truly for under 400GBP this is a bargain!
KoAloha have been very clever here. They have taken their designs for soprano, concert and tenor ukuleles, and had them made in Acacia in a very, very good factory in Thailand. The result? Astonishing value for money!

Most of the design features, the DNA if you will, that make KoAloha what they are are found here: the 5 pointed crown headstock, the slinky feeling neck, the Musubi soundhole shape, the clever internal unit-bracing, the attention to detail, and the sheer flamboyance of the sound. In fact, the sound is very, very similar to the Koa models that KoAloha are so famous for. The build quality is just as tight, and feel in the hand just as good.

If you like the Soprano sound but prefer the feel of a concert fretboard then this longneck soprano ticks the box. Joined to the body at the 13th instead of the 12th fret you have a greater number of clear frets and 17 overall as opposed to 12 on the standard soprano.
