USED Romero Creations TT Tiny Tenor Solid Mahogany Ukulele

This Used model was purchased very recently by a customer of ours, who prefers concert sizes, so traded this in against a concert uke. It has two strap buttons fitted, and a wound Fremont Low G string, and is in very good 9+/10 cosmetic condition. There really only are small signs of it being played.

It is fair to say that re-imagining the ukulele is a brave task and Romero Creations really deserve a pat on the back. They've taken the traditional style and building design of the ukulele back to the drawing board and come up with something wonderful. They've compressed and reworked some key components to work in our modern day 'space saving' lives.

The Tiny Tenor is everything you want from a tenor in feel but reduced in size and build to fit into spaces previously only a concert would reach. The reduction at the headstock gives the illusion of more space at the top of the neck and the topsy-turvy body design will probably not be to every players taste however, those that like pineapple ukuleles with the Ditson like tightness in the bass will agree that this Ukulele has a fantastically clean and honest sound.

The Hawaiian koa models are a little bit more bubbly and mellow in their output whereas the mahogany has a little bit less bass but projects a little more confidently and further. In the same vein as Japanese made ukuleles like Kiwaya and Takumi; this range of Vietnamese made Romero instruments have a mellow nature and would be perfect for somebody looking to play sleepy melodies to themselves with all the nuance and precision normally associated with a louder instrument.
