USED The Rebel Cheesecake Super Concert Ukulele in gigbag

Here, we have a second-hand cheesecake super concert ukulele from The Rebel. The pictures show the actual instrument you will receive. It has been well looked after and is in 9+/10 condition. There are some really small, light marks on the back, but overall the uke is really, really clean.

It has a spruce top with mahogany back and sides. Part of what makes this ukulele stand out is it's simplicity. The cheesecake has no binding or fancy cosmetic detail except for the geometric-esque fret dots. You are paying for a well finished ukulele made of good select woods with good hardware. One strum makes that perfectly clear! This super concert ukulele is loud and clear without the attack being too ferocious like some spruce top ukes.

The tenor neck on concert body gives the instrument a very unique voicing too - the meaty sustain of each note is apparent but the tighter, thinner concert body goes a long way in focusing the attack and release of each note. The cheesecake has a slightly thinner 5cm body depth but you'd never know from such a big sound.

Phil and I fell madly in love with Rebel at the 2019 NAMM show and we were delighted to be able to share the Rebel experience with our colleagues and customers when opening the delivery for the first time. There isn't a bad or mediocre ukulele in the range - just well made ukes you will want to play every time you open the bag.

Sure, the bag is a bit flamboyant and won't be to everyone's taste - but at least you'll always know where you put your Rebel!
